Abstract
A scoping review can be defined as a review that quickly maps key concepts, resource sources, and evidence of a particular study area. The elements that distinguish the scoping review from the systematic review are: 1) a wider range of questions and 2) informing the status rather than getting answers to specific questions. The scoping review is carried out in the order of 1) identify the research questions, 2) find the relevant studies, 3) select the studies, 4) chart the data, 5) collate, summarize and report the results, and 6) consult stakeholder.
